I recently did a photo shoot of my two very lovely younger sisters out at my dad place. I have to say, that although I didn’t get the preconceived images I had in my head, the photos I did get more than made up for it. Their little horse property is positively teeming with great props and great backgrounds. I had some great help from my daughter who really has an eye for what’s around us and of course great subjects. I love that every photo session is different and has its share of opportunities and challenges. On this day our challenge seemed to be the intense Arizona sunshine… but with a little work we were able to use it to our advantage in some situations, and alleviate it as much as possible in others with the help of some portable “shade.”
